Come Run With Us!
We offer 5k, 10k & 15k Runs along side our multisport events. People call our races positive, friendly, and fun because with your registration you get a FREE performance tee, in-race pictures, and a post-race party with great food, finisher medals, swag, music, and much more! Our races are USA Triathlon Sanctioned, which means you will need to purchase a USAT membership or one day pass to participate. Our running races are hosted in conjunction with triathlon events, and share the same courses as the triathletes.

Race Details
- Our Runs are 5k, 10k & 15k in length
- Our races are USA Triathlon Sanctioned, which means you will need to purchase a USAT membership or one day pass to participate. Run races are hosting in conjunction with triathlon events, and share the same course as the triathletes.
- Race Bibs are provided and we ask you wear it during the run. You will also have an ankle timing chip, that will track your time.
- We will have a mass start for all races. You will line up near the finish line at the start flag. All Run Races start at 8:30am following a brief pre-race meeting
- Please review the course maps before the race. It is your duty to know the course. The run course is marked with signs, cones and chalk. If you do not see a sign, cone or chalk/spray arrow keep going straight. There will also be volunteers on course as well. Each race venue will have its own unique run course, so please review the course maps. All runs will be out and back.
- Runs are a mix of pavement, gravel and trail path, and all run courses are closed to traffic.
- The course is a loop course.
- If you are running 5k / 3.1-miles you will complete 1 lap of the course.
- If you are running 10k / 6.2-miles you will complete 2 laps of the course.
- If you are running 15k / 9.3-miles you will complete 3 laps of the course.
- There are 3 aid stations on course that can be accessed multiple times throughout your run. Each will have water, sport drink and nutrition. The aid stations will be at:
- Exit of transition area
- 0.75-mile mark turn around
- 1.55-mile mark turn around

Finisher Medals & Swag

- We believe everyone is a winner, and so we give swag and finisher medals. See each race for details.
Saturday Early Packet Pickup
We will have packet pickup and registration at the park beachfront on Saturday from 4-6pm.
Sunday Race Day Schedule
- 5:30am-8:15am: Registration and Packet Pick-up
- 8:30am: Open Run 5k, 10k and 9.3 mile Start Following a Brief Pre-Race Meeting
- 12:00pm: All runners must have completed the course
