Who

  • Organizations or businesses in health and fitness-related fields looking to promote your company, services, or products to multisport athletes, their friends and families, or other health-related consumers. We’re also happy to welcome companies in our community who are not fitness-related but are interested in getting their name out in the local community. Such companies are subject to approval.

Expected Attendance

  • 500 athletes, friends, families and spectators

Cost

  • $150 per booth, per event or save money by attending multiple events!
  • For $200 we’ll provide you a booth, a pre and post race post on our Facebook page (3,200 likes) and a shout out in our pre and post race emails to get even more out of your vendor experience and greater name recognition.
  • Attend more than one Zoom race and receive a $25 discount on your next race!

Booth Details

  • Vendor spaces will be located near the registration tent and race finish line.
  • Vendors will be allotted a 10×10 expo space (more can be requested and will be granted as space is available).
  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and other vendor materials; electricity is not provided.
  • Vendors are expected to be present for the duration of the expo. Expo times run the duration of each event.
  • Vendors can sell merchandise, distribute information, and provide services for athletes.

Vendor Application Process

  • Our team will review your application and notify you if your application was approved. The more detail about your company and goals you provide, the better.
  • Once your application has been approved you will be instructed on how to submit your payment and discuss race day logistics.
